I got this recipe from my sister-in-law and I don't think we'll ever go back to the Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake mix.
So yummy! Thought I'd share!
Homemade Pancakes
1 egg
1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1 T. brown sugar
2 T. oil
3 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
Homemade Waffles
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cup milk
1 T. brown sugar
4 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
