All of Millie's toys are stored in that little corner. So naturally that is where we hang out most of the day.
This corner is where she reads, plays with dollies, pretends to talk on the phone, pulls things out of her "toy box", and makes big messes.
This corner is always a mess. The only time it's not a mess is when Millie is asleep.
One day we'll have a toy room to store all these goods. But right now, this is her little happy place and I don't mind it one bit, because messes are ok...even with crazy hair!
Her hair is adorable! Our girls have a little corner too. Although, the "little corner" soon turns into our entire main floor... I swear, they hardly play with their toys, they just drag them around the house!

ReplyDeleteI wanted to ask you what lens you normally use. We just broke our canon 50mm 1.4 lens- it was my favorite and I'm so sad! Anyways, we're looking into getting a new one and I just wanted to know if you have any suggestions! Thanks!

ReplyDelete@Brooke-I have used just the standard 18-55mm lens up until a few months ago. It broke, so I had to get another. I bought the 50mm f1.4 and LOVE it! The only problem is it is a fixed lens (as you know) so it's difficult to take certain shots. But I love it for indoor lighting, which is mostly what I use it for, and even when we go to the beach or whatever. If I had the money I would buy just a normal zoom lens like 24-70mm (for taking pictures where I don't have room to back up) and a telephoto lens-70-200mm or something like it. Anyway, hope that helps. If I were you I think I'd just buy the 50mm again. It is great for babies and indoors which I'm sure you will be taking alot of. Hope you are doing well with that little munchkin. He is so cute! Congratulations again!
